Responsible for: Semiconductor Automated test equipment (ATE) driving operating efficiencies, machine capacity and capabilities; equipment & new product qualification; and equipment setup and debugging execution. Generate equipment & process procedure conduct briefing and training. Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers to develop quality manufacturing and production processes, working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Drive projects or processes of significant technical importance. Exercise independent judgment to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Specific skills required: The following skills are required: Position requires five (5) years of experience in the following: 1.Hardware or software verification; 2.Functional verification of microprocessors; 3.Design flows and methodologies used for chip verification; 4.Unix or Linux environments; 5.Using Lean Six Sigma Tool (DMAIC) and statistic tool (Minitab or JMP); 6.Generating ATE equipment PM, operation and process specifications; 7.ATE testing FTR (first time right) and yield improvement; and 8.ATE Equipment development & continuous improvement.
