AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Overview:
The International Business Development (iBD) Program Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting AWS's global expansion efforts. As part of the iBD team, you will be responsible for driving strategic programs that facilitate seamless collaboration between China-based stakeholders and the iBD team members located across the United States, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in scaling best practices, gleaning insights, and coordinating cross-regional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Strategy and Design:
o Develop and implement mechanisms to gather insights, identify trends, and uncover strategic opportunities or risks related to global business expansion.
o Design and implement programs that foster knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and cross-functional collaboration between China-based teams and the international iBD team members.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with AWS's global business development goals.
2. Program Execution and Coordination:
o Drive the execution of strategic programs, coordinating efforts between China-based stakeholders, including sales teams, solution architects, and business leaders, and the international iBD team members across regions.
o Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer between teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information and effective collaboration on global initiatives.
o Identify and resolve potential roadblocks, challenges, or conflicts that may arise during program implementation, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
3. Stakeholder Management and Reporting:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment and buy-in for program objectives and activities.
o Prepare and present comprehensive program updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
o Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into program optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional and global initiatives.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders across cultures and regions.
4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of global business dynamics and market trends.
5. Proficiency in English and Mandarine, and in business document writing.
6. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the technology or cloud computing industry.
2. Familiarity with AWS services and solutions.
