AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: This role offers you the chance to work in a cross functional team that develops supply chain strategies to maximize customer satisfaction at lowest possible costs. You will be working on the most cutting-edge technology products supporting warehousing, order fulfilment and reverse logistics. It will provide you with an opportunity to be part of a world class supply chain team which focuses on best industry practices to meet supply chain operations, on time delivery and zero revenue delinquency targets to maximize customer satisfaction, and supplier management. The top candidates will; exhibit detail and results oriented actions, be meticulous with good analytical and communication skills in a multicultural environment, develop and drive opportunities for continuous improvement, be a model of positive change to achieve operation excellence, effectively develop, implement and manage programs at scale.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and manage globally consistent Warehousing and Reverse Logistics processes Manage suppliers against established KPI’s Meet identified KPIs: program milestones, on time delivery to customers, revenue targets, etc. Track, analyze and action supply chain activities including reverse logistics Manage global transportation providers Support daily logistics operations Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues or identify innovative supply chain solutions    Develop reporting and share data across all levels and functions of the organization PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Understanding of the semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing flow desired Operations management and reverse logistics experience Solid Critical Thinking & Project Management experience Working Knowledge of Excel, Working Knowledge of SAP is desired Ability to navigate matrixed and cross functional working environment Ability to communicate & analyze cost reduction opportunities Fluent in spoken and written English.   ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline preferred or equivalent experience in general supply chain including direct reverse logistics experience LOCATION: Austin, TX #LI-AJ1 At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package. Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position. You may be eligible for incentives based upon your role such as either an annual bonus or sales incentive.
