What you'll be doing
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and solve impactful business challenges.
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to optimize Unity’s ads marketplace and user engagement tools.
- Partner with multi-functional teams to shape data-driven strategies and communicate actionable findings effectively.
- Explore new datasets and methods to validate hypotheses and strengthen Unity's data science capabilities.
- Drive product innovation by integrating advanced data analysis to inform decision-making and improvements.
What we're looking for
- A proven track record of leveraging data science methods to deliver measurable results and tackle real-world challenges.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages for constructing and analyzing statistical models.
- Strong storytelling and visualization abilities to communicate data-driven insights to key decision makers.
- Expertise in working with large-scale data and fluency in querying languages such as SQL.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
