Job Title:‌ Senior Technical Marketing Manager

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Marketing Manager to drive the market promotion of the company’s technical products. This role will work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for technical products to achieve market objectives.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to support sales activities, providing technical support and solutions.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities, identifying improvement opportunities and market potential.
  4. Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer events to enhance the company’s brand image.
  5. Manage and train the technical marketing team to improve overall capabilities and performance.
  6. Conduct 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analyses for AMD’s CPU and GPU channel products, and formulate corresponding marketing strategies.
  7. Develop sales training materials based on product documentation and conduct training sessions, including delivering presentations.
  8. Collaborate with campaign managers to design branding and promotional campaigns, and lead the development of product messaging.
  9. Perform market and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in PC DIY product management, media, or self-media DIY product reviews.
  3. Experience with CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, or related technical fields.
  4. Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills, with the ability to independently develop and execute marketing plans.
  5. Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
  6. Proven leadership and team management experience.
  7. Proficient in English with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately express ideas.
  8. Strong teamwork mindset.
  9. High resilience and adaptability to fast-paced changes.
  10. Willingness to travel frequently.

Technical Requirements:

  1. Deep understanding of technical product lifecycle management, including product testing, launch, and maintenance.
  2. Familiarity with the latest technological trends and innovations, with the ability to establish and maintain the company’s technical leadership across projects and departments.
  3. Broad and in-depth technical knowledge to address technical, business, and product-related challenges.
  4. Actively participate in industry forums, representing the company in engagements with external technical partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  5. Ability to make technical decisions that significantly impact product lines, market strategies, and customer satisfaction.
