Come join a team that makes an impact. As our Sr. Manager of Workplace Operations, you will create and maintain the spaces where collaboration and innovation happens. You'll need to combine operational excellence with creative vision to build environments that inspire collaboration and productivity. This role requires someone who can manage complex global operations while maintaining a keen eye for the details that make a workplace an excellent example of our culture. You'll own our workplace strategy, lead a team of operations professionals, and ensure our offices are more than just places to work - they’re places where teams are built and excellent ideas come to life.
This role is on-site, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, or Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:
- Workplace Strategy: Develop and implement our global workplace strategy, ensuring our spaces support both current needs and future growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing workplace operations team across multiple locations.
- Project Management: Lead office expansion projects, renovations, and ongoing improvements.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with global vendors, ensuring consistent service delivery across all locations.
- Operations Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations across all facilities, from maintenance to security to amenities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of workplace operations experience, with at least 3 years managing global facilities
- Track record of successful office expansion projects and workplace improvements
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships across multiple locations
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple complex initiatives
- Excellence in team leadership and development
- Understanding of workplace design principles and their impact on collaboration and productivity
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
