In this role, you will drive key testing that delivers a scaled impact across media campaigns. On a more day to day basis you will play a strategic and technical role in driving all things marketing analytics, with a strong focus on test design, reporting and measurement.
You’ll define testing strategies, develop metrics, extract data and communicate results into recommendations that enable decision-making and drive business impact. You will own test measurement and collaborate on test strategy. As a Marketing Analyst you will be seen as an expert within our team on all things that relate to media data, web analytics and digital measurement methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Use your knowledge of data analytics to develop solutions for marketing challenges, while also uncovering opportunities for measurement and optimization to push brand and performance marketing to the next level.
- Build measurement plans, tracking requirements, dashboards, reporting, metrics and benchmarks for our campaigns to understand the impact of tested marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign results and report the effectiveness across all stakeholder groups.
- Establish projected timelines for testing, utilizing MDEs and historical data, and evaluate the scalability when expanding a test or pilot.
- Develop processes to ensure all stakeholders align and understand how we determine campaign success.
- Conduct meta analysis, find best practices and bring and surface opportunities and risks otherwise not identified to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a marketing analyst.
- Experiences in designing and analyzing A/B and incrementality tests.
- Well versed at using data for storytelling and presenting complex research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data mining principles and querying large, complex data sets (e.g., using SQL for collecting data from multiple data systems).
- Experience with data visualization (e.g., Looker or equivalent BI tool).
- Deep knowledge of statistical hypothesis testing techniques.
- BA/BS in Maths / Statistics / Engineering / Research Methods / Economics or equivalent experience in quantitative fields.
