Sr. Partner Development Specialist, Generative AI & Machine Learning

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a world class Partner Development Specialist (PDS) to grow the AWS Generative AI & Machine Learning business through consulting (SI/GSI) and technology (ISV) partners in North America. In this role you will develop and execute global strategies that enable AWS partners to build solutions, offerings, and new capabilities that meet the needs of their customers. This is a very exciting opportunity to work on the forefront of this exciting field alongside some of the most innovative companies in the world.
Activities include building and executing global partner strategies with internal specialist and service teams, getting feedback from partners on our services, helping partners innovate with our services, and unblocking challenges that our partners face in realizing business growth. You will be responsible for measuring the success of the strategies and overall market adoption of partner solutions and capabilities. You will also serve as an AI & machine learning subject matter expert aligned to support broader internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing, communicating and driving successful partnership initiatives at scale as well as a sales or business development background with demonstrated experience driving GTM motions. The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and a strong ability to dive deep into data to uncover business opportunities. Working knowledge of and experience in the AI & machine learning category is required. Role can be based out of any Amazon office in the US.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop global strategies to grow AWS Generative AI & Machine Learning business through consulting partners and technology partners.
• Communicate partner feedback to internal teams from different stages of their development including practice development, offering/solution development, enablement, and leveraging AWS programs.
• Develop and report on insights from revenue, opportunity registration, and business reviews with partners to exceed annual goals.
• Engage with senior members at partners and internally in written and verbal communications.
• Serve as an AI & Machine learning subject matter expert who advocates for AWS partner capabilities internally and externally.
