AMD together we advance_ ROLE Taiwan site Chief of Staff and Program Manager for TW site initiatives. In this “hands-on” role, the person acts as a trusted advisor to TW GM and TW Leadership Team. This person manages TW site strategy, goals, and project execution to ensure targets are well met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Chief of Staff In partnership with TW Supporting Teams to manage daily operations and serves as a focal point for communication and interaction with the TW Leadership Team Build a strong horizontal connection with vertical function teams and timely surface issues requiring TWLT attention Plan and coordinate site level leadership meetings and events; maintain a calendar of events (internal, customer, partner, etc.) Prepare presentations for key internal executive, customer and partner, and public meetings and events. Partner with AET Site Sponsor chief of staff and GC chief of staff to align on strategic and tactical execution plans In partnership with vertical function teams to develop site workforce capacity and capability plan including workforce planning, resource management, skill gap analysis and skill inventory, and technical development. Work with facility and functional leads for space management including space utilization forecast and analysis, space capacity planning and allocation, and site scalability strategy Program Management Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects and programs within the organization. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting requirements and expectations. Managing a team of project managers and coordinators, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across different departments Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the successful execution of programs and projects that align with organizational goals Program Oversight: Provide oversight and direction to project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project deliverables Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members, to provide project updates and address concerns or issues as they arise Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics, ensuring that projects are tracking according to plan and adjusting as necessary Budget Management: Manage program budgets and financial resources, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints Requirements Management: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet specified requirements and standards #LI-SH2 Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
