The Sr. Project Manager will also have responsibilities in casting, involving the selection and alignment of project teams to ensure the optimal mix of skills and experience for each project. This role demands a blend of project management expertise, strategic insight, operational efficiency, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mastery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, from brief reception to final reporting, ensuring an efficient, seamless workflow.
- Brief Understanding: Maintain full visibility of client objectives, key deliverables, and deadlines. Align the team’s efforts with KPIs to maximize impact.
- Task Alignment: Strategically assign tasks based on team capacity, workload, and timelines to ensure optimal efficiency and execution.
- Strategic Thinking: Monitor project progress with a data-driven approach, using performance insights to guide decisions.
- Lead status meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal reviews with a results-focused mindset.
- Identify optimization opportunities based on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
- Collaborates in:

+ Optimizing workflows and content strategy based on performance analysis.
+ Managing client feedback to refine content and campaign execution. Developing advanced visualization tools to democratize data access across teams.

Background & Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising or production.
- Proven track record in project management of large-scale creative projects.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with social campaigns, video production, and post-production.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in budget management and project monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
