The AWS Specialist & Partner (ASP) organization provides a unified, outstanding experience to customers working with thousands of partners worldwide. Within the ASP organization, the Consulting Partner Center Of Excellence (CCOE) works across all consulting partners globally to build the capability and capacity that we need to deliver value to our field and our customers. The CCOE is responsible for setting AWS’s global partner strategy for consulting partners, including Global System Integrators, national and local System Integrators, Distributors, Solution Providers, as well as the Business Consulting & Advisory Partners. The CCOE Operations Team supports our Leaders, Partner Development Managers and our Strategic Initiatives team so they can progress the CCOE vision throughout the organization.
This position is part of the AWS Specialists and Partners Consulting Center of Excellence responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate partner enablement of our GenAI services and solutions via collaborations with a strategic partners. You will directly engage with our partner, develop joint-GTM motions and work with internal teams to help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI. You will drive joint-GTM goals by engaging with customer, conducting external/internal advocacy, developing demos and proof-of-concepts of GenAI applications/use cases utilizing large models.
You will have the opportunity to establish new strategic initiatives with key customers/partners, define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for GenAI and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. This involves activities include market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts, creating content to train the field teams, driving industry thought-leadership, working with product teams to define new features, and identifying partners and potential acquisitions.
As the ideal candidate, you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with large enterprises. You have domain expertise in GenAI and key ML use cases, have technical depth to articulate the benefits of our GenAI-related services and solutions to data scientists, and line of business and C-Level executives. In addition, you have a good understanding of the GenAI market trends, ecosystem, opportunities, and are passionate about market development and evangelism. You will need to be adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and professional services) and externally with customers and strategic partners.
You will collaborate with other teams within AWS such as product teams, field solutions architecture, sales, marketing, as well as representing your team to executive management. You should be passionate about helping customers/partners understand best practices for operating on AWS. You will also look for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a set of customers that can help accelerate innovation. • Develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organization; being viewed as a "trusted advisor"

• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
