AMD together we advance_ Key Responsibilities Conduct fair, thorough, and systematic investigations following process, providing recommendations based on investigation findings, and follow through to resolution and remediations action closure. Ensure compliance and consistency in the execution of every Employee Relations case in line with the country employment law requirement Maintain accurate files, clear documentation of cases. Ensure timely handling of all assigned performance management, grievance, discipline, and policy interpretation requests. Being a point of contact to employees and leaders for any type of conflict resolution. Should be able to handle difficult employee conversations and exercise sound judgements. Provide consults to managers, leaders, on variety of HR topics including and not limited to employee performance , manager /team leader effectiveness, diversity, equity and inclusion. Work collaboratively on employee relations matters with HRBP, HR Leaders for corrective actions including warnings, other recommendations, and/or performance improvement plans. Analyze the root concern basis trends noted and make suggestions to leaders and HR Business Partners for creating a positive work environment, increasing employee engagement, enhancing policy or process improvements Support interactive processes with employees seeking a reasonable accommodation in partnership with Benefits and Legal. Participate in the development and delivery of management training programs designed to enhance the employee relations skills for people managers. Support all Labour compliance activities/audits and state laws understanding local/market, legal and regulatory requirements. Facilitate training to build positive employee relation skills amongst people managers Must be able to manage multiple projects and cases at any given time. Assist with ad-hoc employee relations and HR department projects as required at regional/global level. Should be able to support on POSH administration and actively participate in POSH cases inline with the act. Preferred Experience Employee Relations experience is needed. Progressive HR experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within Human Resources with a particular focus on employee relations. Experience and/or exposure to working with employment laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions. Experience in a high growth environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine the root cause of issues. Highly collaborative and able to work both within and across cross cultural teams. Ability to work through ambiguity, think creatively, be flexible and roll-up your sleeves. Exceptional communication skills, including group presentation and relationship development skills. Professional, confident manner and poised and articulate demeanor. Ability to work effectively with a wide array of personality types and all job levels. Demonstrated history of exemplary ethics and integrity, including ability to handle and maintain confidential information. Active commitment to the identification and appropriate resolution of all business issues, whether they are rooted in business problems or are pure compliance concerns.
