AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: We are looking for an adaptive, self-motivated Linux Administrator to help maintain some of the most impactful Enterprise-wide engineering platforms. In this role, you will have full ownership of requirements delivery and drive projects to completion. THE PERSON: You're a highly motivated team player and highly skilled Linux Administrator with comprehensive expertise in enterprise system management, configuration automation, and infrastructure optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Linux Ecosystem Management: Advanced Linux OS administration Extensive experience with ETX, Citrix, and LSF platforms In-depth understanding of enterprise computing environments Configuration Management Expert-level proficiency in: Ansible (Infrastructure automation) Puppet (System configuration) Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure configurations Scripting Capabilities Advanced scripting skills: Shell scripting (Bash/Ksh) Perl programming Python development Capability to develop robust, efficient automation scripts Platform Support Comprehensive Linux distribution knowledge Troubleshooting complex system issues Performance optimization and tuning Security hardening and compliance Understand SLA and well verse with ServiceNow ITSM PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Strong progressive Linux administration experience Demonstrated track record of infrastructure reliability Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with advanced troubleshooting methodologies Performance analysis and optimization. Infrastructure resilience design. Automation strategy implementation Availability for off-hours support Rapid incident response. Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
