We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead our Add-In Board (AIB) product line. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to launch and post-launch support. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the success of our AIB products.
This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX, Santa Clara, CA, Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our AIB products, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Product Roadmap: Create and manage detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market needs and technical feasibility.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, threats, and customer needs.
- Product Definition: Define product requirements, specifications, and features in collaboration with engineering and sales teams.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer training.
- Post-Launch Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting, documentation, and feature enhancements in the context of the product pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong product management experience (5-8 yrs), preferably in the semiconductor or hardware industry.
- Knowledge of system architecture, including CPUs, GPUs, and memory subsystems.
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools and methodologies for hardware.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including hardware acceleration techniques.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX.
- Understanding of HPC workloads and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications.
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
