We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Intune for device management, Office 365 administration, and Active Directory. Additionally, they will be proficient in hardware and software management and network support.
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Intune for device management, Office 365 administration, and Active Directory. Additionally, they will be proficient in hardware and software management and network support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Intune for managing and securing devices.
  • Implement and enforce device policies to ensure compliance.
  • Provide administration and support for Office 365 services.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and troubleshooting Office 365 related issues.
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
  • Develop and maintain Group Policies to enforce security settings and configurations.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest software updates and patches.
  • Provide support for network-related issues, including troubleshooting connectivity problems.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.                                               
  • Provide first and second-level support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.                                            
  • Enroll users in biometric systems, ensuring accurate data capture and storage.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and support.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
  • Proficiency in hardware and software management.
  • Solid understanding of network support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
