Role Summary 
• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
• Recruitment Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of recruitment operations
•The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Length : 6 months 

Responsibilities:
• Benchmark tools (ATS, Scheduling, CRM) Participate in the roll out of TAM tools.
• Oversee the troubleshooting of new tools, systems, and processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Provide support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
•Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics.
•Play a key role in Recruiting-wide, team-level, and individual goal setting processesIdentify efficiency opportunities, set targets, and execute interventions to drive improvements in Mistral’s hiring process
• Work with Recruiting management to operationalize headcount release and hiring delivery
• Co-develop reports and dashboards for tracking progress relative to planHelp us elevate candidate experience 
• Monitor quality of our data in our ATS Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned which might include : Help for benchmarks to refine our salary and equity grid
• Coordinates with HR Ops to handle onboarding processTracking staff plan completion 

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree program in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Ideally, Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
