The role

As the Talent Operations Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we reach our goals of hiring exceptional talent at Helsing. The responsibilities are focused around ensuring a top tier candidate experience and maintaining an efficient and flawless coordination processes. The role will support hiring across all areas of the business.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is exceptionally organised and is motivated by problem-solving as a team and independently.

The day-to-day
  • Support our Talent Acquisition Partners with scheduling virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and internal stakeholders to support and implement changes to hiring processes

  • Identify areas where our process or candidate experience could be improved and maintain efficient and scalable hiring processes

  • Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition on strategic talent acquisition projects, such as engineering meetups and organising interviewer training programmes

  • Ensure documentation, templates and data cleanliness is maintained

  • Act as the sole point of contact for candidates’ scheduling needs, as well as onsite interview support in person at your local office

  • Book necessary candidate travel arrangements and coordinate candidate expense reimbursements

  • Contribute to report generation as we measure and analyse the effectiveness of our hiring processes

You should apply if you
  • Have prior experience in supporting a scaling, fast-paced, high-volume talent acquisition function

  • Are comfortable with technology and have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Have exceptional communication and decision-making skills, including the ability to articulate challenges and propose solutions

  • Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Have the ability to problem-solve independently and take initiative

  • Are motivated and ambitious, willing to learn and put forward ideas for improvement

  • Can adapt to change and operate in a fast-paced environment

  • Have the professionalism to handle confidential information
