About the roleAs a Talent Sourcer (Contract), you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition strategy by identifying, engaging and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. You will be the front line of our hiring process and be responsible for building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for a number of roles across the business.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels.
Candidate Engagement: Proactively engage with passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience. You will craft personalised messages and compelling pitches to attract talent.
Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy tailored to those needs.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and the talent landscape. Use this knowledge to inform sourcing strategies and provide insights to the recruitment team.
Data-Driven Approach: Utilise data and analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics. Continuously refine sourcing techniques based on performance data.

What you bringWe do not require any formal experience, certifications or degrees. Instead we are seeking enthusiastic, proactive individuals who can showcase working in a fast-paced environment, solving multiple problems. We do require:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Talent Sourcer for Technical positions e.g. Full-Stack Software Engineer, Frontend Engineers, Design Engineers etc.
Expertise in sourcing techniques: proficient using a variety of sourcing tools including: LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean techniques.
Strong research skills: ability to conduct deep research to identify potential candidates, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
Strong interpersonal skills, and a getting-things-done mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Highly organised and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple sourcing projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat.
Bonus Experience:
Sourcing for Revenue profiles e.g. SDRs, RevOps Managers etc.
