What does it mean to be the Recruiting Operations Specialist?
- You will join as a crucial member of our Hiring team, serving as the expert in all recruiting systems, tools, and procedures while providing essential training and support during onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and updated internal hiring data within our systems, playing a pivotal role in ensuring data precision.
- Lead improvements in our ATS, Greenhouse, while optimizing recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Manage internal projects to strengthen our data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
- Proactively spot and resolve discrepancies in hiring plans, requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details to uphold data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the Finance and People teams to optimize recruiting processes using available systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations within a fast-growing company.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse as a Site Admin, skilled in user permissions, approvals, and generating custom reports using internal TA tools.
- Proficient in Gsuite: pivot tables, data validation, conditional statements, and formatting.
- Strong familiarity in writing SQL queries.
- In-depth knowledge of Recruiting Pipelines, Funnels, and Conversion metrics.
- Proven expertise in project management, capable of analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for enhancement.
Working Times: US (EDT or PDT)
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $16,000 DOE - per annum.
