Team Lead - Mumbai (4+ Years Experience)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates in the daily production schedule which requires a Monday-Friday US EST working schedule.
  • Planning and organizing the team to ensure SLAs are achieved
  • Report problems to the operations manager and actively contribute to their resolution
  • Coach and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Analyze quality metrics to provide insights for production teams, facilitating improvements in overall quality
  • Identify problem areas and deliver targeted training to address specific needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency in collaboration with production teams.
  • Identify training needs in the production teams and coordinate training and re-training efforts.
  • Investigate and analyze root causes of quality issues.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate data quality risks.
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date and adhere to proper documentation practices
  • Suggest guideline reviews based on the analysis of data inputs and research reports.
  • Recommend enhancements and changes to software and applications to make processes more efficient.
  • Coordinate training and re-training efforts for associates on team and new team members.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports.

  • Strong knowledge of the US geography and media landscape.
  • Planning and organizing skills are essential to ensure all SLAs are achieved
