ElevenLabs is a growth-stage startup that has built the most advanced AI voice models and AI voice products (text to speech, audiobooks creation, dubbing, and the voice library).

About the role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition strategy by identifying, engaging and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. You will be the front line of our hiring process and be responsible for hiring top talent for a variety of roles across the business. 

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments to meet organisational needs

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, utilising various channels such as social media, job boards, and industry networking events

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

  • Maintain and analyse recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities, making data-driven decisions to optimise and enhance our hiring processes

What you bring

We do not require any formal experience, certifications or degrees. Instead we are seeking enthusiastic, proactive individuals who can showcase working in a fast-paced environment, solving multiple problems. We do require: 

  • Proven track record hiring for technical talent e.g. Full-Stack Software Engineer, Frontend Engineers, Design Engineers etc.  within an in-house environment

  • Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting with a strong background in sourcing (ability to identify target niche skill sets) and stakeholder management

  • Expertise in sourcing techniques: proficient using a variety of sourcing tools including: LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean techniques

  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a getting-things-done mindset 

  • Ability to flex across both technical and non-technical hiring e.g. SDRs, RevOps Scienist etc. based on business priorities
