About the roleWe are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our growing recruiting team at our Menlo Park, CA headquarters! In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent. Utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools, you will engage with passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple technical disciplines for the roles that you are assigned
Responsibilities:Review and screen incoming applications, assessing candidates' qualifications and alignment with position requirements
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of talent
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop sourcing strategies to identify candidates for open positions
Measure and communicate sourcing metrics with internal stakeholders
May be involved with relevant talent forums to identify/target talent
Able to identify relevant industry domain talent pools
5+ years technical sourcing experience in-house and/or at an agency
Extensive knowledge and use of boolean strings for candidate search
Solid sourcing fundamentals and fluency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or Seekout.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, uploading sourced candidates and facilitating movement through interview stages
Experience filtering incoming applicants and dispositioning candidates
Experience engaging and screening candidates for assigned roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging candidates that result in hires
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Specific experience sourcing for a company in the tech industry
Ability to commute to our Menlo Park headquarters 5 days a week
Any amount of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience in sourcing AI or ML talent
Experience at a startup
Experience working on highly-complex, highly-specialized and/or highly-senior technical roles
Experience with Ashby (ATS)
