You Will

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API references, and release notes.
  • Create step-by-step tutorials and guides to assist users in effectively utilizing our products and features.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product and marketing to gather information and understand technical concepts thoroughly.
  • Translate technical information into user-friendly and easy-to-understand language, catering to various target audiences.
  • Create compelling video scripts for product demos, instructional videos, and promotional content.
  • Produce engaging and informative blog posts on relevant technical topics, industry trends, and product updates.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to industry best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Review and edit existing technical content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Continuously improve and update existing documentation based on user feedback and evolving product features.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry developments to enhance the quality of the content produced.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall branding and communication strategies.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and priorities.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing various technical documentation, tutorials, video scripts, and blog posts.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and explain them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with software development, programming languages, and technology-related topics.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating video scripts with the ability to craft compelling and engaging narratives.
  • Strong proficiency in using GitHub for version control, collaboration, and documentation management.
  • Experience with contributing to open-source projects on GitHub, showcasing the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and the open-source community.
  • Familiarity with Docusaurus 2.0 or experience with other frontend or documentation management tools like GitBook, Confluence, etc.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English, displaying exceptional attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for AI & gaming.
