Nasdaq’s AxiomSL Education Services Team in Wroclaw is seeking a Trainer/Training Developer who is eager to create engaging and effective learning experiences in the fast-paced world of financial technology.
About the Role!
In this hybrid, hands-on role, you will dive deep into the world of regulatory reporting and financial markets, gaining expertise in our core products. You will lead both client and internal training sessions, manage class schedules, and promote our training services. Additionally, you will design and develop innovative eLearning courses, complete with multimedia elements and functional exercises for ILT, VILT, and eLearning formats. As you master the ControllerView platform—a key tool for regulatory compliance globally—you will become a vital resource in our training ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Deepen Platform Expertise: Continuously expand your knowledge of our core platform and its regulatory solutions
- Design & Development: Build engaging eLearning, hybrid, and (V)ILT course materials, including guides, resource sheets, test questions, multimedia, and interactive content
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with partners and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and outcomes
- Lead Training Sessions: Conduct comprehensive training courses for end-users, business analysts, and developers, ensuring they enhance their understanding and use of our platform and regulatory products
- Project Management: Drive projects from inception to completion, providing regular updates to management and partners
- Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g. Synthesia, Articulate AI, etc.) to accelerate content creation, script generation, and storyboard development for training modules.
- Explore and implement generative AI solutions to automate quiz creation, glossary generation, and knowledge checks.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends in learning technology and assess their applicability to ongoing curriculum development.
What We Are Looking For
You are a highly motivated self-starter with a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to complete projects independently. You possess a strong technical proficiency and a relentless desire to master new technologies and industry practices. Specifically, you bring:
- Experience: Background in Technical Training, Technical Writing, Training Delivery, or Technical Content Development
- Content Creation: Proficiency with tools like Articulate/RISE, Camtasia (or similar platforms), AI
- Technical Insight: Experience with highly technical information and an understanding of IT concepts
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills (additional languages are plus)
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Other preferred skills considered a plus:
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and QA processes
- Experience with LMS administration
- Exposure to regulatory reporting and financial industry practices
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies
- Experience in leading virtual training courses
