About the role

We are looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage a team of Account Executives in North America. This leadership position focused on developing and executing sales strategies, achieving our revenue targets, building customer relationships and be a driving force in our team expansion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales planning & strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for our North American region in line with our global sales objectives. Identify key market opportunities & accounts and set ambitious sales targets for the team.

  • Team management: Lead & manage a team of Account Executives in North America responsible for new logo acquisition across our Enterprise products. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring additional sales people to expand market coverage.

  • Sales optimisation: Continuously assess and enhance the sales process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience. Implement sales tools, methodologies, and automation systems to streamline workflows, track sales activities, and improve sales productivity.

  • Account segmentation: Drive logo segmentation across the North American market to make sure TAMs & strategic account are well covered.

  • Enablement: Plan trainings, coach the team and assist in continual development of the team.

  • Cross-functional focus: Partner with the product and demand generation teams to periodically review our roadmaps, investment areas and provide market trends & feedback.

What you bring
  • 5+ years experience leading a high-performance, fast-moving sales team in a SaaS company

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, Gong and other sales automation tools

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate sales organisations

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding revenue targets

  • Passion for the Generative AI – speech ecosystem

  • Self-motivated, energetic leader with excellent pitching skills

What we offer
  • A base salary between $75,000 - $150,000; depending on qualification and experience.
