As a UX Designer at Sanas, you will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces that provide a seamless and engaging user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate them into interactive designs, and ensure our products are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User-Centric Mindset:
  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods like interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics.
  • Create user personas, user journeys, and use cases to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with the needs and expectations of the end-users.

  • Collaborative Team Player:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and refine design solutions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and gather feedback.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to and from team members.

  • Adaptability and Flexibility:
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Adapt designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing project requirements.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing shifting priorities.

  • Strong Communication Skills:
  • Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders through presentations and documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Attention to Detail:
  • Create detailed wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and reviews of designs to ensure a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Pay close attention to visual details, such as typography, color, spacing, and overall aesthetics.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years of proven experience as a UX Designer in a B2B SaaS company or similar role.
  • Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for user-centered design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
