Internship Overview:
Nasdaq's Internship Program provides outstanding opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience during a 10-week internship. Additionally, you will meet with senior leaders and participate in professional development activities throughout your internship.

Position Summary: Nasdaq is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vendor Management & Strategic Partnership Intern to support our efforts in establishing Nasdaq as the premier partner for innovative technology companies. This role involves assisting in fostering strong relationships with leading venture capital firms and tech innovators to drive technological advancements and create long-term value for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in strategic engagements with venture capital firms and technology companies.

·       Support the development and execution of business strategies for each engagement.

·       Help enhance the administration of VC visits and tech company engagements by documenting activities and outcomes.

·       Aid in fostering and maintaining relationships with key partners, including A16z, Sequoia, ICONIQ, Sapphire Ventures, Greylock Partners, and more.

·       Contribute to AI-focused engagements and maintain relationships with targeted companies.

·       Organize vendor meetings, document meeting details, and publish results to multiple groups, including agenda information, logistics, and other crucial factors.

·       Integrate software that correlates with the Listing Team Pipeline to prioritize, gain efficiencies, and report on work done with each company.

·       Assist in developing business strategies for trips and engagements.

·       Enhance the administration of VC visits and tech company engagements by documenting activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to share information across various groups.

·       Familiarity with Salesforce and Confluence is a plus.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-activity environment.

·       Eagerness to meet new people, both virtually and in person.

·       Interest in managing vendor relationships and handling cloud recurring cost management and POC management.

Outcomes:

·       Engage with Nasdaq Business and Technology teams to ensure precise portfolio selections map to strategic and technical goals.

·       Assist in managing vendor meetings and logistics for numerous events.

·       Help assess priorities, gauge interest, and identify a pool of participants that can significantly impact engagement.

·       Support VC events, vendor R&D, use case development, and contract management.

·       Organize meetings with Venture Capital firms to curate companies per VC session.

·       Build meeting summaries and notes for all relevant engagements.

·       Help organize our first Venture Capital engagement strategy by Q2 2025.

·       Document meeting details and publish results to multiple groups.

·       Ensure follow-up and VC session action items are organized and executed.

Internship Program Requirements:

·       Must be a rising senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in an accredited college or university in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related major and on-track to graduate

10-week commitment with availability to start in June
