About The Role

As the VP of Partnerships, Cloud & Generative AI at Invisible, you will manage and expand partnerships with leading cloud and generative AI organizations. Your primary goal will be to establish joint go-to-market strategies with our top partners to meet revenue targets and drive AI adoption through Invisible's Operations Innovation capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a partnership function as a strategic individual contributor within a cutting-edge Generative AI commercializing organization. You will need a blend of strategic and tactical thinking, applying best practices in partnership management while synthesizing market feedback to develop Invisible’s solutions. Prioritizing scalable initiatives to meet aggressive revenue goals will be critical.

You will interface with business and technical partner stakeholders, manage partner pipelines, build co-sell motions, ensure Invisible’s presence at key events, and achieve revenue objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive growth and revenue through strategic alliances and collaborations through developing joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and co-selling opportunities
  • Engage Partner’s Field Sales organization, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Invisible 
  • Identify key focus areas, target markets, and partnership opportunities aligned with the company's objectives and market trends
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and legal, to drive partnership initiatives and ensure successful execution
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their interests within the company 

What We Need

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, partner management, or similar roles at a high-growth startup
  • Experience working with hyperscalers, particularly AWS
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable impact and delivering value to partners and customers through the achievement of revenue goals 
  • Ability to successfully operate autonomously in a highly matrixed organization, working cross-functionally, leading priorities and exercising influence
  • Working in highly technical environments, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Tech Infrastructure  
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and experience presenting to senior executives  
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take calculated risks and explore new business opportunities.

Compensation: 

  • Base: $175,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $350,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
