About the Role

Monks is looking for a Web Marketing Manager to accelerate growth for our client LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS). This role requires someone with a clear understanding of the B2B landscape in EMEA. The right person will be an expert at web optimization, content strategies, and web growth drivers, bringing systematic approaches and methodology to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Web conversion rate optimization: Partner with a team of talented marketers to deliver high growth audience and revenue impact initiatives in a cross-functional and multi-channel environment (organic, paid digital, email, etc.). Identify areas of opportunity rooted in data and industry best practices and develop plans of action to drive web performance improvements for LMS in EMEA.
  • Localization and regional adoption: Develop relevant, localized content for audiences in partnership with regional marketers and agencies to drive LMS growth in EMEA markets. Ensure global websites are on parity with the US. Leverage data and insights to drive geo-first recommendations for optimizing user experience.
  • Testing and personalization: Leverage LinkedIn’s unique first-party data to bring personalized experiences to prospects and customers on the web. Generate test concepts, refine testing methodology and roadmaps across lines of business, and evangelize insights. Partner with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Product teams on UX enhancements.
  • Analytics and reporting: Measure web performance and report to cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, and Product. Benchmark & measure Go-to-Market (GTM), A/B testing, & CRO initiatives, shape & define web experimentation strategy for LMS EMEA.

About You

The essentials:

  • BA/BS degree & 5+ years of web marketing or web product management experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of building, growing, and optimizing B2B web experiences and staying on top of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Competency in web and business analytics tools and reporting (preferably Adobe Experience Cloud products – Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects end-to-end, and drive influence across a highly cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies.
  • Global cultural awareness and experience with in-region teams.
  • Comfortable working slightly adjusted hours to overlap with US counterparts.
