As an Account Lead, you will play a key role in managing relationships with our client, advising on marketing strategies to achieve their business objectives. With the rapid evolution of the marketing landscape, our clients look to our expertise to navigate and effectively leverage market trends. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding a team, ensuring the execution of campaigns that maximize impact and generate sustainable long-term value. Clients trust in your ability to align their needs with innovative and effective solutions, driving measurable and relevant results.
In this role you will
- Act as the main point of contact for the client in Argentina and Chile, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee and support 2 Project Managers, one based in Argentina and another one in Chile, in planning and executing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, digital, analytical) to drive results by motivating and mentoring them to achieve goals, produce successful materials for clients, and provide constructive feedback.
- Evaluate campaign performance, using metrics to inform decisions and strategic adjustments.
- Propose new ideas and tactics to maximize performance and add value to the client.
- Ensure the correct execution of the strategy by each country’s team.
Experience you already have
- 3-4 years experience in similar roles
- Time-management, organization and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey the audience's needs to the client while ensuring optimal account management and fostering positive relationships.
- Innovative thinker who brings ideas and strategies to life.
