Accounts Payable Administrator at Helsing

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

• Reconcile bank statements with accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies

• Generate and send invoices to clients, following up on outstanding payments

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Support with year-end external audits and reporting as required

• Support with ad-hoc tasks within the accounting team as required

• Have experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or accounting, or looking for your first finance related role or currently studying a finance related subject

• Possess a strong knowledge of accounting software

• Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in posting within accounting and financial systems

• Have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members

• Have the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality

• Are business fluent in English (fluency in French or German is required depending on the office location to which you are applying)
