Key Responsibilities
Continue to develop a cohesive creative vision for the Story brandOversee the conceptualization and execution of innovative and effective design solutions across all channelsLead a visual designer, providing guidance, inspiration, and mentorshipCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and event management to ensure a unified brand voice and aestheticEnsure consistency and integrity of brand visuals and messaging in all external communicationsStay informed of industry trends (especially on X) and L1 competitor activitiesOversee the design process from concept to completionDevelop and maintain relationships with external vendors, production teams, and contractors as neededAdvocate for the unique needs and preferences of the crypto community within the broader design and marketing strategyQualifications
Proven experience in a similar creative leadership roleStrong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and strategic thinkingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passion for the crypto and AI industries and a native understanding of its culture and trendsExcellent understanding of branding, visual design principles, and digital marketing
