The Associate Director of Creative Analytics will lead reporting strategy and data storytelling to drive performance and inform the creative feedback loop. Everything you do will be data driven at heart, leveraging core statistical principles to help us separate the signal from the noise, and deliver insights and storytelling that powers breakthrough strategies and campaigns.
WHO YOU ARE:
- A "hybrid" media analyst with an analytical and creative mind, who can bridge the gap between art and science.
- You are passionate about advertising, with the experience in paid media to run experiments that uncover the “Why” behind why an ad works.
- You are curious and scientific at heart, seeking to understand the relationship between consumer, product, brand, creative expression and medium through a lens of experimentation.
- You have a strong grasp of statistical concepts and a natural talent for explaining complex concepts to people with a wide range of understanding of such concepts.
- Equally at home in a room full of senior clients as you are in a data set.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work with our creative and strategy teams and internal/external media teams to develop marketing experiments that answer big questions and unlock better results for brands.
- Plan the media and creative activations to execute those experiments, including the channels, formats, measurement signals, and budgets.
- Ensure that experiments are valid and informative - ensuring results are stat sig, are scalable, and have no confounding variables.
- Dimensionalize and analyze advertising data, creating new ways of labeling and looking at creative and media data.
- Analyze media activations and translate campaign data into insight and meaning, enabling other teams to make informed decisions from your conclusions.
- Train and develop junior team members to be best in class insight analysts.
- Think holistically as a marketer and learn to translate business needs into comprehensive learning agendas.
