Community Manager
At Media.Monks São Paulo we're looking for a Community Manager to manage the social media and digital content efforts for an entertainment brand. This Community Manager responsibilities will include identifying opportunities on client interfacing, creating content and copy, managing the brand’s social channels and interacting with the community. It’s a position that blends a creative approach with the operational side of managing social media and digital channels. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing, social media management and/or digital advertising. And most importantly, you must love writing and creating connections with the community. Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online content to promote both, company and products.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Copywriter or similar role
- + 2 experience in community management, having a proven track record in defining personality and tone of voice for a brand/product and interacting with the community
- Digital knowledge
- Experience in managing brand’s social media channels
- Interact with the community to create a healthy environment
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
- Update our websites as needed
- Highly creative, imaginative and curious about clients' products or services
- Excellent written skills (Grammatically correct copy)
- Communication skills
- Collaborative skills (work well in a team and with a range of creative people)
- Organization/Manage workloads effectively
- QA all creative assets to ensure quality & error-free
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices, particularly digital & social media
- Collaboration across different teams
