As a Culinary Content Expert, you’ll lead the creative development of engaging and visually stunning culinary content for HelloFresh’s YouTube channel. Your passion for food and storytelling will allow you to craft recipes and narratives that resonate with our audience and enhance the HelloFresh brand. We are looking for someone who is excited to explore culinary trends and bring innovative ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and conceptualise video content that showcases culinary techniques, trends, and recipes for YouTube.
- Collaborate closely with the video production team to create compelling storyboards and scripts.
- Guide food preparation and styling to ensure visually appealing presentations.
- Conduct research on culinary trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing goals and brand values.
- Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts.
- Oversee the execution of culinary content from inception through to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
About You
The essentials:
- Proven expertise in culinary arts, with a strong understanding of current culinary trends and techniques.
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with a portfolio showcasing successful culinary content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience in food styling and presentation.
- Proficient in content creation for digital platforms, preferably YouTube.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Experience in video production or editing.
- Familiarity with viewer engagement metrics and analytics.
- Background in nutrition or food science.
