We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Internal Audit team. The Internal Audit function evaluates risk across the company and provides independent assurance to improve operational processes and ensure regulatory compliance. This individual will collaborate with Internal Audit teams and business partners to develop innovative data analytics solutions to support and enhance Internal Audit’s projects and initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with audit and technology partners to source data for relevant systems from enterprise data lakes and data warehouses
Develop queries and testing strategies, including techniques to confirm the completeness and accuracy of the data used
Develop and implement data analytics solutions in SQL and Python, using both structured and unstructured data
Present insights and recommendations through clear visualizations and data-driven storytelling
Automate Internal Audit processes through repeatable analytics workflows and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots
Support the training and development of team members to expand the team’s knowledge and ability to write queries and independently perform data analytics
Implement advanced ML and AI techniques to improve audit testing and risk assessment capabilities
Ensure overall quality and consistency of data analytics work, and alignment to department and professional standards for audits
What we need to see:
3+ years in data analytics and reporting, data science, or business intelligence
Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field
Proficiency using SQL and Python for ETL and data analytics
Proficiency using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience in clear and precise presentation of data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical partners
Ability to balance multiple priorities and drive projects to completion with minimal direction
Experience working on data analytics projects both independently as well as in multi-functional teams
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills that allow interactions with team members and business partners
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Analytics experience in audit, compliance, or other risk management functions
Experience working in technology-related companies
Experience building and managing data pipelines in data lakehouse platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
Experience developing ML or AI solutions
Background with RPA tools such as UiPath or Power Automate

The base salary range is 116,000 USD - 184,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
