About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to define the problem, even when requirements are ambiguous or incomplete.
- Translate loose business questions into clear analytical opportunities.
- Deliver dashboards, reports, and analyses that optimize decision-making and show measurable business impact.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure data artifacts are accurate, scalable, and meaningful.
- Proactively identify areas where data can improve workflows or uncover missed opportunities.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including why it matters and what actions it enables.
- Suggest improvements in tooling, processes, and measurement frameworks.
- Act as a thought partner for product managers, operations leads, and business stakeholders.
About You

- Strong Python for data manipulation:
- Experienced with pandas, numpy, and general data wrangling for exploratory analysis or pipeline-like workflows.
- Understands performance trade-offs in Python, such as memory usage and the Python GIL.
- Comfort working with data lakes or cloud storage.
- Familiarity with data pipeline architecture or collaborating with data engineers.
