Main Duties and Responsibilities
Data & Reporting
- Gather, analyse, and consolidate data from multiple sources regularly (weekly & monthly), ensuring timely and accurate uploads to relevant destinations.
- Manage and maintain the accuracy, organisation, and clarity of data, ensuring it remains up-to-date and reliable for decision-making.
- Take ownership of data dashboards used by the sourcing team, collaborating with the analytics team to ensure data accuracy, develop clear visualisations, and implement necessary updates or enhancements to provide actionable insights.
Collateral Management
- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of key operational and performance measurement documents used by the sourcing team.
- Ensure consistent and accurate uploading of critical data to relevant systems, supporting the integrity of dependent areas, including dashboards and analytics tools.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate administrative tasks for the project track, ensuring milestones are met and updates are communicated to stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison for internal projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive progress and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Social Media & Marketing
- Lead the execution of sourcing social media campaigns, working to ensure these initiatives amplify team reach and are effectively leveraged by colleagues.
- Monitor and analyse social media data to evaluate the impact and performance of campaigns, providing recommendations for optimisation and future initiatives.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Experience working with Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools) will be highly beneficial, with a strong understanding of analytics and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across cultures, functions, and seniority levels, both in-person and remotely (e.g., via video conferencing tools).
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to drive assigned tasks and long-term initiatives independently to completion.
Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
