Global Head of Talent Acquisition
Mission:
Enable Groq to scale by assembling the most talent dense team on the planet
Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:
- Groq takes a sizable share of the AI inference market supported by a high performing talent team
- Groq leaders hire exceptional talent without exception, through a process that is predictive of success at Groq
- The talent acquisition team operates as business partners, delivering with pace and expertise
- Innovation throughout the hiring lifecycle, including a differentiated candidate experience that enables Groq to win
Ideal candidates have/are:
- Can change altitude easily: We’re going from zero to big. You have the agility and desire to context switch several times a day from thinking strategically at 30,000’ to obsessing over the details and doing the gritty hard work 3” from the ground.
- Have deep expertise: You love your craft. You have a mastery in identifying and hiring exceptional talent, and in coaching others in how to do so too.
- Innovate and get stuff done: you innovate naturally, not in the chasing shiny things way, but in the delivering things that truly differentiate, help teams win, and drive efficiency. You’ll have freedom and a platform to do something extraordinary if you love to innovate.
- Have scaled: You understand scale, but more importantly you understand scaling - you have direct experience of leading through hypergrowth. You’ve built and led high performing teams.

Compensation: At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $207,000-$340,000, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location and internal benchmarks.
Location: Groq is a geo-agnostic company, meaning you work where you are. Exceptional candidates will thrive in asynchronous partnerships and remote collaboration methods. Some roles may require being located near our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
