We have deployed a platform for creators & publishers to turn their long text into audio with compelling and natural voices. Currently, we are expanding the capabilities of the platform to incorporate comprehensive generative voice control. This entails developing tools to convert videos and podcasts into speech, supporting multiple languages, while maintaining the unique characteristics of the speaker's voice, providing emotional control, and even creating entirely new character voices.

ElevenLabs was founded by two experienced engineers who previously worked at Google and Palantir, bringing their expertise from the world of big tech into a new frontier. We have secured venture capital funding and have recently concluded our successful Series-A round.

We launched in January 2023 and have since reached over 1 million users and partnered with the world’s largest publishers (The New Yorker, The Washington Post, The Atlantic), media companies (Super Hi-Fi, D-ID, Loccus, Pictory AI, Kapwing, Futuri), and gaming studios (Paradox, Cloud Imperium Games, Don’t Nod). We are backed by the leading names in tech and AI (Nat Fridman, Daniel Gross, Andreessen Horowitz, Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger, Oculus VR co-founder Brendan Iribe, Deepmind & Inflection co-founder Mustafa Suleyman, and many others).

About the role

We are hiring our Head of Performance Marketing. We have worked closely with a leading SEM consultant to prove that SEM is a viable channel for us. It’s now time to bring it in-house and significantly scale it. You will lead our SEM efforts by launching and optimizing campaigns, and work with our growth engineers to build high-converting landing pages. You will also test and scale new paid marketing channels such as Meta and TikTok.

What you bring
  • 3+ years of direct SEM campaign management within a company or at a marketing / growth agency

  • Significant experience with Google ads — scaling campaigns from 0 to 6/7 figures per month. You can audit an account, write high-converting ads, and optimize for keywords and geographies

  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret and manage spend

  • You know what high converting landing pages look like and can work closely with an engineer to build them

  • (Bonus) Experience with other paid channels particularly Meta

What we offer
  • A base salary between $100,000 - $200,000; depending on qualification and experience.
