The Role

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completion of federal, international and state income tax returns including all related analyses and support
  • Oversee tax return preparation processes
  • Work closely with accounting, operational, and other groups to obtain and validate information for return preparation
  • Manage U.S. direct and indirect tax audits
  • Support SOX 4o4 compliance
  • Manage annual U.S. R&D tax credit study
  • Support tax projects as needed that will be related but not limited to income tax provision, international entity tax compliance, and process improvements
  • Perform researching, interpreting, and evaluating tax law changes and effectively communicate with management on such changes
  • What We Value

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to drive tasks to completion autonomously
  • Strong accounting skills, including ability to collect, prepare and analyze data and information to reconstruct, detect, support, or refute a position and ensure that the explanation provided reconciles with the underlying data
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Experience with NetSuite and OneSource Income Tax software is preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • What We Require

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in tax or accounting
  • 15+ years of corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm and/or a tax department of a multi-national corporation which involved complex entity structures and tax issues
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of U.S. taxation
  • Ability to work onsite at least twice a week
  • Salary

    The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $170,000 - $220,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
