As a Global IT support administrator, you are responsible for ensuring your fellow Monks can keep creating fantastic work! You would be part of a Global IT team focusing on a hybrid blend of office support & remote support Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

In this role, you would be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering IT support across the globe via our ticketing system, mainly focusing on issues in the LATAM region.
  • Offer in-office IT support to our [LOCATION] office 5 days a week (defined by the company) or on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Provide first-line support to troubleshoot IT-related issues, big or small, by video call or slack chat. 
  • Onboarding and Offboarding of employee accounts & technology, including managing employee accounts & account lifecycles. 
  • Auditing & maintaining IT policies, procedures & documentation that provide technical support to the entire organization.
  • Auditing & maintaining al inventory/assets management

Technical experience needed for this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal (English)
  • Excellent knowledge of general ticketing systems & proper basic IT troubleshooting steps.
  • Extensive Mac and macOS knowledge (Windows knowledge is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with MDM software, Google Workspace, and general asset management, Microsoft Active directory, Powershell basic knowledge. 
  • Application support for creative and business software packages.
    • MS365, Adobe, Azure, Slack, etc
  • Knowledge of networking, client-server applications, multi-tier web applications, relational databases, firewalls, VPNs, & enterprise Antivirus products
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Crowdstrike, Office365, Slack, and Freshservice, SSO solutions (OneLogin, OKTA, DUO)

Our team is looking for the following: 

  • Must have strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills - a considerable amount of independence is needed for this job as you'll primarily work alone in the office while representing the Global IT team.
  • Have a tremendous Team-Oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems! 
  • Have the willingness to solve complicated problems, give out-of-the-box solutions & see projects through to completion.
  • Have the ability to manage time & effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time. 

Plusses:

  • Experience with automation tools such as Workato or BetterCloud 
  • Experience with Freshservice is a plus! 
  • Working experience with Linux or Windows systems
  • Experience with Ethical Hacking tools, such as vulnerability scanners and network mapping tools 

The nature of this role is mostly at the office 4 to 5 days a week. Please be aware we don't have option to be remote.
