We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Legal Contracts Manager to lead the charge in creating, executing, and managing our legal contracts. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that all our contracts not only comply with legal requirements and organizational policies but also strategically mitigate risk. Your expertise will be crucial in safeguarding our interests and driving our success.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual agreements.
- Maintain a comprehensive contract management system, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date, properly stored, and easily accessible.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, procurement, and business units, to understand their needs and provide contract-related support.
- Develop and implement contract policies and procedures to streamline the contract management process and ensure consistency.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on contract-related matters and best practices.
- Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
- Work with recruiting to prepare and file various immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and precedents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal, or a related field.
- Experience with immigration filing and procedures.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
The cash compensation range for this role is $135,000 - $145,000.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity is part of the total compensation package.
