Manager, Inbound Marketing & Web Strategy

As the Manager, Inbound Marketing & Web Strategy, you will oversee Nasdaq’s Capital Access Platforms website performance, inbound traffic growth, and paid search strategy. You will manage SEO, paid search, and paid social team to optimize Nasdaq’s digital presence, ensuring alignment between organic and paid strategies. Your focus will be on maximizing inbound lead generation, improving website experience, and driving measurable growth across key digital channels.

Web & Inbound Strategy

  • Lead the website strategy, UX, and conversion rate optimization to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools and machine learning solutions to optimize website layout, content placement, and user journey based on real-time user behavior and space utilization.
  • Develop and implement multi-language site strategies to serve global markets effectively.
  • Oversee information architecture to strengthen Nasdaq’s domain authority and SEO performance.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to improve site structure, navigation, and overall user experience.

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and build domain authority.
  • Implement multilingual SEO strategies to improve global search visibility and regional market penetration.
  • Utilize AI-powered SEO tools for content optimization and keyword research across multiple languages and regions.
  • Optimize web content, landing pages, and metadata for search performance and engagement.
  • Manage technical SEO initiatives such as site speed, crawlability, and indexing improvements.

Paid Search & Paid Social Management

  • Lead paid search and paid social teams, optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Align paid and organic strategies to maximize reach, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Oversee budget allocation, performance tracking, and continuous campaign optimization.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage a team of SEO, paid search, and paid social specialists, ensuring clear goals and priorities.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with content, development, and analytics teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.
  • Monitor team performance, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency in campaign execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and ad platform insights to track performance and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Implement AI-driven analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities and predict user behavior patterns.
  • Monitor and report on multi-language site performance and regional market effectiveness.
  • Develop and present key performance reports to measure inbound marketing success.
  • Test and refine website and campaign strategies based on performance insights.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, paid search, or digital marketing, with team leadership experience.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-language websites and global SEO strategies.
  • Experience with site consolidation, web performance optimization, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
