What You'll Do:


  • Leadership and Oversight:
  • Lead the material planning function, ensuring processes align with company objectives.
  • Develop strategies to optimize material usage and enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster growth and achieve performance goals.
  • Materials Analysis and Planning:
  • Analyze material usage and consumption versus planned metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to materials planning settings for accurate procurement signals.
  • Ensure materials planning aligns with operational and production needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with engineering to integrate new products and materials into systems seamlessly.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate efficient communication between engineering and procurement teams.
  • Adapt materials planning processes to accommodate product changes and engineering feedback quickly.
  • System Improvements:
  • Recommend and implement upgrades to materials planning systems to streamline procurement processes.
  • Utilize advanced tools and data-driven methods to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor and refine system improvements to ensure long-term success.
  • Supply Chain Performance Enhancement:
  • Drive efforts to enhance supply chain performance through MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools and strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and meet key performance metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and trends to continuously elevate supply chain processes.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in materials planning, procurement, or supply chain management, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Expertise in MRP systems and a strong understanding of materials planning and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Experience in implementing system enhancements and leveraging tools to drive efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

    - Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
    - Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days
    of employment)
    - Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity

    Total package details for International based positions (where applicable):
    - International premium, hardship differential, cost of living differential, living quarters allowance, foreign service transfer

    Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
