The Network Business developer will have deep market and industry knowledge in network, ISP or OTT business, experienced with networking technology, solution design, business case development and related financial analysis skills. This individual will actively drive commercial strategy, working with partners, as well as the AWS service team and internal stakeholders to build a portfolio of network infrastructure solution and GTM . This role requires collaboration, driving strategic initiatives and executing commercial deals. By applying a unique blend of business and technology experience, you will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to find creative, cost effective, and often innovative solutions to meet Amazon customers’ ongoing network service needs.
Key job responsibilities
• Set a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensure it is in line with the company strategic direction;
• Serve as a key member of China Network Service team, focused on product GTM for usage-based Network Services;
• Fill the business development pipeline by engaging with internal stakeholders, partners, and key customers; Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new opportunities.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints;
• Track and maintain information on correspondant industry segment trends, competitive landscape, and developments in terms of technologies, coverage, cost and deal structures on usage-based network services. Work closely with the account teams, collaborating on network service & solution promotion, business case development, deal analysis, and GTM program design.

SSO network team is responsible for bridging AWS field team and service team of building momentum in the market for AWS, by owning the program/service development, launch and ramp of horizontal and vertical solutions based on AWS and partner services that met the local market needs.
