Office Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating the Datacenter forecasted product needs regularly
- Point Person for Shipping & Receiving: Assigning tasks and scheduling pick up
- Manage relationships with owner, landlord and vendors. Ensuring we keep clear communication, meet deadlines, adhering to safety regulations, maintaining quality control
- Point Person for Facilities: Working relationships with owner, landlord and vendors
- Ordering Supplies: Equipment, Office, Break room, etc.
- Provide general support to those visiting and who they are visiting with
- i.e. interviews, site tours, after work dinners, etc.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
- People manager
- Employee engagement
- Conflict resolution
- Assist in Team collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum qualifications:
- Familiarity with computer and network systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Inventory Management experience
- Ability to task-swap and adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
Preferred qualifications:
- Two or four year post-high school degree or equivalent experience desired
- Start-up experience
- Experience working within an inventory and administrative environment

Compensation: At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is 120,000SAR to 180,000SAR, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.
Location: Groq is a geo-agnostic company, meaning you work where you are. Exceptional candidates will thrive in asynchronous partnerships and remote collaboration methods. Some roles may require being located near our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
