As an People Operation Coordinator at Tenstorrent, you will play a key role in our HR team, responsible for a range of essential HR activities that directly impact our future employees. This role is hybrid, based out of either Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore or Australia.
This is a contractor role, has an option to convert to full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing requirements, including but not limited to:
- coordinating interviews
- collecting interview feedback timely
- facilitating the pre-onboarding process such as HRIS update
- visa application support where necessary
- Act as a point of contact for candidates’ queries, offering guidance and support to foster positive candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, suggesting updates or changes to maintain alignment with best practices and legal standards.
- Support local HR lead as required
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR/Recruiting experience, with experience working on a distributed or global team effectively
- Fluency in English and in Japanese. Ability in Chinese preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Open to hybrid work arrangements, with the ability to work in the office ~3 days per week and minimal travel as needed
