AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: Product Development Engineering PIM is role covering below areas Plan and manage programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals as set by the organization, Rationalize evolving business needs of the organization and external business environments to enable optimal and timely business process cum solution support in a proactive and continuous manner by liaising among regional and headquarter stakeholders Develop and ratify overall implementation plan with stakeholders and management Formulate tactics to ratified plans and execute flawlessly Provide regular stakeholder communication to ensure awareness on progress and be timely to recruit support Identify improvement opportunities to achieve THE PERSON: As the role of Program Manager, we expect you could be self-motivation, creative thinking, and good communication skill in English KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with global cross teams on program or project milestone commitment, own the program or project timeline/schedule and update the status regularly to management Coordinate engineering activities during product development stage including design validation, performance, characterization, qualification and release to production. Manage the flawless test and process execution when introducing new products and their ramp to volume production with manufacturing partners. Work with operation, supply chain and local planner on the supply optimization in mass production stage Lead cross functional teams and maintain committed schedules on multiple projects while interfacing with other engineering disciplines & various levels of management. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project management, Process Integration, Product Engineering, yield improvement or ATE test. Strategic thinking to plan ahead, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills along with process and detail orientation to formulate tactics as well as result and customer orientation Self-starter with ability to work independently through ambiguity and under pressure, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver aligned project/program deliverables Ability to interface with multi-leveled employees with solid communication, presentation, and influencing skills Prefer working knowledge in applying Program Life Cycle (PLC), Project management concept and Agile methodology to improve operations workflow and to drive effective solutions Prefer experience with product engineering, yield improvement, assembly or test development Prefer experience with 6sigma project, knowledge of statistical data analysis Prefer experience or thorough understanding of device physics and semiconductor Fab processing for advance technology nodes below 40nm.
