Core Responsibilities

  • Gain insight and exposure to the full employee lifecycle through hands-on experiential learning.
  • Tackle projects that support improved data quality, process optimization, and compliance.
  • Own operational processes such as our internal role transfer process, I-9/E-Verify process for US new hires, employment verifications, and triaging other ad-hoc inbound requests.
  • Leverage Palantir Foundry to analyze people operations data, report on trends, and recommend workflow improvements.

  • What We Require

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university.
  • Background in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • If a current student, taking the full fall 2024 semester off (3-4 months) to work at Palantir. Candidates cannot be enrolled in university classes.
  • Salary

    The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $6,250/month. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
